With 3 full-time and 6 part-time employees, it operates from a 4,929 sq. ft. company-owned plant constructed about 12 years ago. The business generates annual revenues well in excess of $1M and is on pace to exceed $1.4 M in the current fiscal year. Based on financial statements dated March 31, 2009 the assets of the business, including real estate, equipment, furniture, fixtures, name and goodwill, are valued at $900,000 plus inventory. Owners’ equity at that time was stated to be $337,802. The transaction will be structured as a sale of shares with the price adjusted to reflect the balance sheet at the time of closing. The seller will remain during a reasonable transition period and will consider financing a portion of the purchase price for an approved buyer.
